You need to get 10 minutes on your stopwatch to begin
Then set the timer to: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
The aim is to keep repeating the circuit over and over again until you reach the 10 minutes
If you start to struggle and need to stop…
Stop, grab a drink, then jump back in on the next 20 seconds
