This is a quote from one of our January starters. Why does she feel this way? Our sessions are fun! We also offer full support and accountability. If you don’t show up for a week, we notice and ask you where you are. We are not a corporate gym, you are not just a number to us, we get to know you, your routine and keep you accountable.

Be Healthy AND Happy ⠀

Sometimes people get so goal-driven that they forget to have fun, they start missing out on life and become unhappy. So, our advice is to work hard but also to enjoy the little things. All within moderation. If you are out with your friends for the first time in a while, have that drink, have that meal! Although this may slow down your progress slightly, you will be a lot happier during the process. Balance is key

On Saturday mornings we encourage our clients to bring along their teenagers to join in. Why? 1) We don’t want people to miss out because they don’t have a babysitter. 2) Why not! It’s great fun 😎
