This week has been a great week for us here at DKnine. We have ordered new equipment, confirmed a total of over £2500 raised for our local mental health charity and put our Christmas tree up! 😆

We Raised Over £2500!
At the end of November our Members aimed to climb the equivalent of Mount Everest by stepping up onto 40CM steps – in 24 hours. Not only did we smash the target, but we completed it 4 times over…completing 101,000 step ups.
This week we confirmed we raised over £2500 for Mind, our local mental health charity. We are so so grateful for every single donation and every single step up onto that box!
Little Christmas reminder…
It’s December tomorrow and it’s very easy to start eating everything in sight and blaming it on Christmas
Don’t just put your progress on hold because it’s December
Waiting until the new year is nothing more than a waste of time
You see, the longer you wait to start, the longer it will take to reach your goals
Plus, say there are 90 meals left in December…the three days you are most likely to overindulge on are your Christmas dinner, your boxing day buffet and NYE celebrations.
That leaves over 80 meals that you can still keep on track with
Eat the cake, eat the cheese, drink the wine
But don’t let a few indulgent meals turn into an entire December off track!
