Next week is the final week of our January starters 6-week programme 💪 With a week to go, a couple of people wanted a weigh-in…they accumulated over a 15kg loss between them!  This has made us even more excited to see everyone’s results next week. Plus, we have introduced a brand new programme for all members – old and new!  It is essentially a step-by-step guide including lots of tips for your journey here at DKnine! It covers subjects such as sleep, whole foods, breathing and relaxation🙌🏻

 

Losing weight and maintaining it is not easy. We aren’t here to tell you that there is a quick fix. It will take time, effort and discipline. BUT, do it right and you will make lifelong changes. We are here to help you do it the right way. No fad diets, not spending 2 hours a day, 6 days a week on the treadmill. Fun, sessions surrounded by a community filled with people just like you
 
Meet Mike. Mike has been a member for 10 months now 💪🏻 Not only has he lost weight, lost body fat % & changed his body shape. He’s become the DKnine handyman, helps us constantly with anything we need and has become a friend to everyone.
