The weather in Cardiff has been pretty terrible this week and this weekend is not looking too much better. Do you have any plans? Looking for indoor activities to keep you active?

Struggling with weight loss? Check out these reasons you might not be losing weight

A lot of people can’t understand why they aren’t losing weight when they’re eating healthily all week. This is probably because they get to Friday and fall off the wagon.

So, while you don’t have to be 100% perfect, try to maintain your healthy eating 6 out of 7 days of the week. You can occasionally treat yourself but not on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday AND still expect to see great results.

Balance is Key

It is so important to look after your health, but sometimes you can get so motivated to lose weight you stop having fun. This might feel like it’s going to benefit you massively, but the reality is you could lose control and end up bingeing. Or you could end up reaching your goals but missing out on life and unhappy. So, our advice is to be healthy but also be happy….drink wine, eat out, party with your friends – in moderation! Although this may slow down your progress slightly, you will be a lot happier during the process!

Nickie Ran Cardiff Half Marathon!

Nickie has been with us almost a year. After joining us and building up her fitness she began doing park run. Now, under a year later,  she has just run Cardiff Half Marathon! How many times have you tried so hard to get the body you want and never got any success?💁⁣ Here at DKnine Fitness, we’ve created a strong community of empowered individuals, who all push each other on to achieve their goals and reach a level they never thought was possible💃
