This week we released episode 3 of the podcast, continued online sessions, ran 1-2-1 outdoor training sessions with our lovely clients and continued with our interior improvements to the gym. When we are allowed open normally, we will be ready…and we can’t wait! 🏋🏽👊🏻But for now, we are running 1-2-1 sessions which are now open to the public as well as our members ❤️
Protein Intake
We are always being asked, “How can I get more protein in?” 🤞🏻Here are some examples of the easiest ways, we recommend having protein with every meal if you can
🥚 Eggs for breakfast
🐟 Fish for lunch
🐔 Chicken for dinner
There are also loads of bean options that can be made into a delicious curry for lunch or dinner 🙌🏼
