Happy Sunday! 🙋🏼‍

What has everyone done with their weekends? Who’s done a gym session? 🙌🏻 Has anyone watched Elf yet? 🎅🏼

Hands up, who hasn’t started their Christmas shopping? 

With less than 2 weeks until Christmas…the pressure is on! There is nothing quite like the stress of shopping on Christmas Eve 🤣

‘Nothing worth having comes easy’

When it comes to the gym…this quote couldn’t apply more 

There will be days when you really don’t want to go, there will be days when you feel like you just can’t do it, there will be days when you feel weak

However…there will be super fun days, there will be days when you hit a PB, every day is a day with your gym friends

You see – there is nothing quite like the buzz you feel after finishing a really tough session – knowing you have given it your all…hit a PB…sweat buckets!

There is nothing quite like you and others seeing changes in your body shape, your mindset, your attitude towards health

So yes, there will be tough days…but the reward is so worth it 

The Key To A Balanced Diet

Many people go from eating a 100% clean diet

to

Eating whatever they want!

This yo-yo dieting is an easy trap to fall in…and one we don’t recommend!

Instead, why not try an 80/20 approach? Our infographic shows what your week could look like on an 80/20 approach 

You see…an 80/20 approach means if you are consuming healthy food 80% of the time, you can afford to have 20% of the time made up of not so healthy foods

You still get to eat the things you consider most yummy! And you are far less likely to yo-yo diet
