DKnine Fitness Newsletter (14.01.2020)

Last week was a brilliant one for us at DKnine. We had over 40 people join our 6-Week Programme! We know it isn’t always easy to pluck up the courage to join a gym and this is why we do what we do. We are child-friendly, provide flexible session times, nutrition advice & full support. Here’s to seeing great results in 2020 🙌

January’s TT Member of the Monthna  Katarzya and we’re only halfway through. We just couldn’t wait!  On Sunday she said ‘I have been 5 times this week, I never even thought I would join a gym’. Well done Kat, and thanks for joining us – we love having you here!
