Last week we introduced MyZone to DKnine Fitness. MyZone is a heart rate monitor that tracks physical activity designed to make you feel good about your workouts! We can’t wait to see some great results 🙌 Plus we have organised some brilliant events such as Yoga, Zumba, Ladies Night and Mens Night all for the rest of this month. Why? Because we are more than just a gym 😍

He want to be just like dad – Before Christmas, a member asked if we could order his son a T-Shirt! He had come to the gym with him a few times (we are child-friendly) and noticed the T-shirts and asked if he could have one too 😍 Remember that they are ALWAYS watching, watching your results, your mood and attitude to exercise. Be the BEST example you possibly can, be healthy 🙌🏼
