Have you tried regular gyms but they aren’t for you? Are you looking for something different? DKnine Fitness Cardiff is like nothing else because we have listened. In fact, we have Zumba coming up next week, have just planned our Halloween party and are in the process of planning our Christmas party. We cant wait!
This week we want to highlight some of our clients great achievements. It has been a busy week here at DKnine and we’re so proud of everyones progress- whether that be weight loss, increased muscle strength or simply being able to do 1 more sit up than last time.

Since starting over a year ago, Ian has lost ⬇️
🔥 8% BodyFat
We got Ian to hold 12.5KG in weight to get an idea of just how heavy that is!

We also want to give a massive shoutout to Heidi!
Not only has she had amazing results, she’s got serious muscles too!
She came into the office today and told us Mike had challenged her to something she used to fear and said “ there’s no way I’ll be able to do 1”
Well she smashed 38!
You can do ANYTHING you put your mind to guys. Each and everyday you get up and hit new goals. Our clients are incredible and we are so lucky theyre part of DKnine! ❤️
