Most of our new 6 week starters are now halfway through their programme. This first 3 weeks is about getting used to the sessions and creating a routine. Now it’s time to weigh, measure and be motivated by the progress – full steam ahead! This is how we get brilliant results 🙌 Plus, on the 30th we have Ladies & Lads Night – Encouraging friendship outside of the gym makes sessions more enjoyable and increases accountability.

12 New Recipes – Each month our members get access to 12 brand new recipes and 4 video recipes, all added into our member’s area 💪🏻
80% of this transformation is down to food, but that’s the biggest struggle for most people, so we make it to super easy to get your food under control with family-friendly recipes and quick meal ideas 🙌🏼 ⬇️Heres an example, give it a try and let us know 😍

In fact, we’re Proud of Everyone! We’re really pleased to see everyone is still pushing and working hard. When it’s cold and rainy and your sofa seems a lot more comfortable, managing to get to a session 3 days a week is absolutely brilliant. Plus, everyone loves it when they get here!
