Can you afford not to? There’s always going to be an event or reason to put something off. “I want to start in 2 weeks when the rugby is over” Why? If a few beers at the weekend is enough to stop you doing anything for 2 weeks, then you’re not ready to start yet. We focus on lifelong changes that are easy to implement into a busy life, so we can work around it 🔥If you want to do it, you will. It won’t matter what’s coming up 🙌🏼

Here at DKnine no-one is looking and we have coaches instructing you every step of the way. Step out of your comfort zone…you won’t regret it!
 
Calling All Parents & Teachers of Cardiff! DKnine Fitness would like to make a donation of £2500 in FREE training to the teachers and parents of children in Cardiff’s Schools individually. As part of DKnine Fitness’ initiative to improve health and wellbeing in the community, we believe it starts first with the teachers and parents! We are looking to work with 2 schools to start with, giving donations as well as a FREE workshop. PLEASE EMAIL US: THE SCHOOL, NAME AND WHO I WOULD NEED TO TALK WITH.
