I Walked In, Paid, Then Walked Back Out

This is a true story of a new lady that joined us this week.

After Christmas, she was super motivated to get fit. She headed to a big chain gym to find out more and was pressured into signing up to a 12-month contract.

However, on arrival, she saw a busy gym filled with super fit young guys and girls. This crushed her motivation and she left. She was left frustrated that she now has to pay for this 12-month contract.

Yesterday, she messaged us in response to a few emails she had received wanting to know what was different about DKnine Fitness.

I could go on and tell you everything that I told her, but for you, I will keep it simple.


Everything we do is designed around this. From quick and easy food recipes to training at our PRIVATE TRAINING STUDIO designed only for our clients.

Firstly we will only get her to focus on the workouts. This is because she is new to working out so there is no need to over complicate it with all of the benefits we offer.

We have told her to just turn up to 2-3 session a week for the next few weeks and not to focus on anything else, not even the food.
