It’s Christmas Jumper Day Down At DKnine Fitness

ne thing we pride ourselves on is being different to your typical gym

There are no hulk looking guys

There are no tiny girls checking themselves out in the mirror

We are just a group of busy singles, husbands, wives, mums, dads, grandparents, shift-workers and more

All striving to our own particular goals

Most are here for the weight loss

But when we dig a little deeper there are much more powerful reasons

Today we have been getting everyone to train in their Christmas outfits

Of course, we have a few grinches who refuse to do it ?

And we have others that take it way too far ?

But what we all do is respect each other

Encourage each other

Motivate each other

And as a team… GET AMAZING results
