One of the biggest struggles we see with people who get in contact is that they don’t have time to train
➡️ From working long shifts
➡️ To running a household and kids
One of the ways we have helped them get around this is by offering over 43 sessions a week
We have sessions early morning, mid morning, afternoon and evening. Plus they are only 45 minutes long, and you can even bring the kids
So today I decided to do a workout on Facebook Live for you to follow along if you struggle to find time to exercise
The aim is to do 1 round in between each advert break
